Meet our Board of Advisors

Ms.Maria is a veteran in the Montessori field, with over 30 years of experience teaching, managing and running Montessori schools in the central Jersey area. She has immense experience in Montessori curriculum development and has presented courses on Montessori Philosophy to teachers and parents. She has served as mentor and guide to new Montessori teacher trainees as part of her role at the Center for Montessori Teacher Education. She is passionate about the Montessori field of education and spreading its reach to every child.

Pradnya Naidu first fell in love with the Montessori method of education when she was researching different types of preschools for her daughter. She believed in overall development by exposing kids to a wide variety of materials. She particularly found the idea of including sewing, cooking along with academics in the daily curriculum to be very exciting for younger kids. As a Montessori parent for over four years, Pradnya was able to witness firsthand the benefits of a Montessori education in different areas of the classroom. She believes in the strong foundation that a Montessori curriculum lays and strongly recommends it to other parents.

Ms. Rasmussen is driven by every child's right to develop freely and fulfill their potential. In her over ten years experience as a Montessori school administrator, which includes owning a Montessori school, she has witnessed firsthand the spark that a Montessori education lights up in the children. She has an AMS certification in early childhood education and currently serves as director at VMDS Consulting for schools.
